Thank you very much for providing a list of things to help me go to work on improving my life. God bless you for taking the time to care.I will get busy on that list today,it looks like you have given me a great deal of good information. You have given me hope that there is help available that will allow me to get me off to a good start.Good advice and pointing out resources to me that will get me started on the right path can be just as valuable as receiving money and quite possibly even better. Thank you very much and I pray God will bless you for the help you provide people, sincerely Terry.

Ok first thing first... If you haven't done so already: 1-apply for social services.. 2- get some job placement assistance and/or skills training for your husband 3-check out the local food pantries 4-get help with rental assistance either thru HUD or SOCIAL SERVICES 5- get help with SSI/SSD I know I might make it seem easy. I KNOW IT IS NOT and I know it takes time - sometimes MUCH longer than we want. But there is one site that you can go to to find all the organizations that can help you. I am including the link below. Click on the link... on the left side you will see a box to choose different options.... click on the 2nd box and scroll thru the list... click on the subject you need... and then click on your area in the 3rd box... click on SEARCH NOW... the organizations that may be able to help will be listed in the window to the right. I would post them here, but there are far too many. I am also including the link for america's job exchange - it is the best site, by far that I can find for jobs and it encompasses the entire US. I would also suggest The links on my home page for soulight, lady christie, elaine and ekikaseven's pages - they have a ton of help and information available as well.
